1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on FyCoach, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

FyCoach is a SaaS platform offering:

• Client management for personal trainers and nutritionists
• AI-powered workout and nutrition plan generation
• Individual client portal
• Real-time chat between professional and client
• Progress tracking

3. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a health, fitness or nutrition professional
• Provide truthful information at signup
• Not be legally barred from using similar services

4. Plans and Payments

4.1 Free plan

• 1 active client
• Basic features without AI

4.2 Pro plan ($10/month)

• Up to 100 clients
• Unlimited AI for training and nutrition
• Client portal and real-time chat

4.3 Master plan ($29/month)

• Unlimited clients
• All Pro features
• Dedicated support

4.4 Billing

• Payments processed by Stripe
• Billed monthly on the subscription date
• No contracts — cancel anytime
• Refund available within 7 days of charge

5. User Responsibilities

• Keep your access credentials confidential
• All content entered in the platform
• Obtain consent from your clients to process their data
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable law
• Do not share account access with third parties

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your content

Client data and plans created by you belong to you.

6.2 Our property

The code, design, FyCoach brand and AI models are the exclusive property of FyCoach.

6.3 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the platform according to these terms.

7. AI-Generated Plans

AI-generated training and nutrition plans are suggestions based on the data provided. FyCoach is not responsible for:

• Results obtained by the user's clients
• Suitability of the plans for specific medical conditions
• Decisions made based on generated plans

We recommend that professionals review every AI-generated plan before sharing it with clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

FyCoach is not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions
• Data loss caused by user error
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Content entered by users

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months of subscription.

9. Cancellation

9.1 By the user

Cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

9.2 By us

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice except in cases of serious violation.

10. Service Modifications

We may modify features with 30 days' notice. Price changes will be communicated 60 days in advance.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the user's country of residence. For users in Brazil: Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD). For users in Europe: GDPR. For California residents: CCPA.
